“Your Own Yoga” is a highly practical balance of classical yoga asanas with Pilates, and other forms of conscious moving techniques custom designed for the needs and interests of your employees.  Through the practice- mental, emotional and physical skills are developed.  The goal of this practice is to use the AWARENESS developed in classes and to integrate within the context with our challenges in business and life.

Specifically designed for your organization!
  • Classes are generally scheduled during lunch hours or after work.
  • All levels are welcome: beginners through advanced (modifications are always stated)
  • Classes are typically 1 hour in length.  Shorter or longer sessions are possible.
  • Employees can “drop in” anytime or register for 8 or 12 week sessions
  • Groups of any size (depending on your space capacity).
CORPORATE WELLNESS OPPORTUNITIES:
  • HEALTH SEMINARS:  Strategies for helping employees stay healthy and fitfully engaged in their work. Some of the topics include increasing energy and focus through nutrition and diet, exercise, relaxation and lifestyle.  
  • STRESS MANAGEMENT:  Includes seminars on breathing for optimal health, desk stretches, mindfulness techniques, and methods for powerfully transforming your employees work and work experience.
60 minute / 90 minute / half day / full day programs available

For half and full day programs: A customized combination of diet, nutrition, exercise, stress management, meditation, and desk stretches/yoga.  In addition to keeping employees healthy, it will bring an overall sense of wellbeing and confidence to each individual. 

Bonus! Team building exercises are part of all seminars.
