 Why PERSONAL INSTRUCTION?

Personal instruction can help you:

  • Be Consistent and stay committed to your health.
  • Stay Interested with variety, emphasizing what is appropriate for you, lesson by lesson.
  • Deepen your flexibility and ability to relax with gentle hands on support
  • Enjoy your session with someone cheering you on and motivating you.
  • Cultivate a healthy relationship with yourself and your body by encouraging you to listen to your inner wisdom, expanding intuition.
  • Prevent injury with a professional guide to watch your alignment.
  • Address your individual needs and questions. Many individuals have needs that are not met by group classes.
  • Focus on your own specific areas of stress, each body is unique and experiences stress in its own way

Linda works one on one with students who have a variety of needs. Some examples of client issues include: stress management, pregnancy, post-partum recovery, arthritis, cancer recovery, depression and multiple sclerosis. Linda also works with individuals who experience neck, back, and other acute and chronic physical challenges.
